At approximately 7:30am CST, our platform began experiencing issues in the area of authentication and user permissions. This resulted in extreme slowness and temporary timeouts for login and caused slowness in loading other permission-based areas of the platform. Server resources were added to alleviate the impact at 8:35am and a more substantial fix was put in place at 9:50am.

We are continuing to monitor the situation, but the system is currently stable and fully functioning.
